Susie Q ...Susie was found in a garbage can barely alive. I took her to the vet thinking she was only about 8 weeks old; how small she was. The vet said that because of the development of her teeth she was only 4-5 months old. She had been starving from the beginning of her life. She was born without eyelids. Because of this it is painful for her to open her eyes very far and she is going blind. f Susie needs to be about 2 months older to have the surgery because she needs to be stronger. I am 70 years old, live alone and unfortunately live on a very small amount. Susie has become the light of my life and the love of my heart. Please help me to raise money for her surgery. Disaster Animal Rescue Team brought Franky to Tampa Humane Wednesday April 27. He was hit by a car sometime in 2010 and the owners abandoned him, The driver tried to help with a homemade wheelchair but finally had to surrender him. Abandoned, partially paralyzed and alone, D.A.R.T. stepped in. For Paws Hospice picked him up from the D.A.R.T. foster that evening and brought him into the veterinarian Thursday for his medical and wheelchair fitting. Once the veterinarian has cleared his health check Franky will start looking for his forever home. Franky is about 3 years old and heart worm positive. He will need some therapy for wounds left from his days on the street. If you would like to contribute to Franky's medical treatment please direct your donation to PayPal in Franky's name.
